Rockford Roller Fiberlite Rollers offer the latest advances in composite technology.   Fiberlite rollers are designed to meet the customer's specific requirements and are manufactured using our proprietery process.

Fiberlite Rollers are used for applications in the web converting industry.  They are designed for light tensions across a broad spectrum of web speeds, and ideally suited for wide web, high-speed converting.

Problem Solving

Low inertia, low breakaway torque, and the high bending modulus of Fiberlite rollers make them ideal for high-speed and stop/start applications.  They are also beneficial in cases where many rollers are required or delicate webs are being converted.

 

Material Construction

Construction consists of carbon fiber in an epoxy material.

 

Tolerances

  • Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1973 G2.5

  • Maximum TIR = .006

  • Breakaway torque 25 gram cm.

  • Ground and polished surface

  • Electrically conductive
