In 1993, in order to accommodate a growing customer base and insure on-time deliveries, Rockford Roller moved into a custom-built, company-owned state of the art manufacturing facility in Machesney Park Illinois.  This new facility allowed Rockford Roller to grow, but also insured improved quality and productivity as the building was designed and built with product-flow and high-level inspection requirements as overriding design elements.

In 1995, Rockford roller made a commitment to stay on the cutting-edge of roller technology by adding carbon fiber rollers to it’s line of products.  In order to insure the highest quality and lowest lead times possible, all of the production, from tubing manufacture through grinding and balancing, are performed in-house.
